Fluff Festival

The Fluff Festival is an event in Pianta Village during the events of Super Mario Sunshine. It is where the Pianta's celebrate Fluff, and hang on to them and float in the wind. Mario went through this Festival in episode 8, "Fluff Festival Coin Hunt", to collect 8 red coins. This festival is a mystery- there is no info on how it started, and no information on Who started it.
