Template:Minigame-infobox Fish Sticks is a 4-player minigame in Mario Party 5. Its name comes from the real life food, fishsticks (also known as "fish fingers"), which are battered slices of fish.

Introduction

A Fishin' Lakitu flies down and catches a Cheep-Cheep with its fishing rod. The four players then walk up from separate ports where their boats are docked.

Gameplay

Players attempt to catch Cheep-Cheeps on the ends of the various scattered fishing rods surrounding a pool of water in the middle of the platform to earn points.

There are twelve rods total. When a fishing rod sinks down, this signifies that a Cheep-Cheep has bitten the line. Red Cheep-Cheeps are worth one point, and larger golden ones are worth three points. The player with the most points at the end of the game wins.
