Endurance Alley is a minigame in Mario Party 6 hosted by Twila in the Mini-game Mode. To unlock Endurance Alley, the player must have unlocked at least one 4-player minigame, one 1-vs-3 minigame, and one Duel Minigame (Bonus Minigames and Mic-Minigames do not count).
In Endurance Alley, the players walk through a dark alley while playing a series of minigames. The objective is to get 100 consecutive wins, which is much easier if the players only have a few minigames. The game ends when players lose one of the minigames that they must play.
