The Country Winner is Donkey Kong's personal kart first appearing in Mario Kart Arcade GP 2, and named in Mario Kart Arcade GP DX. It specializes in speed and weight, but has very low acceleration. It has a handling boost in Mario Kart Arcade GP DX, however.
