Category:Files with missing categories

This category is added automatically when a file page has been tagged with {{uncategorized}}, usually when the uploader hasn't edited the summary field in Special:Upload. If a user repeatedly uploads files without correctly categorizing the file, a {{Reminder}} or {{Imagecategory-reminder}} should be issued.
