Bleu is an artist with a stereotypical French accent in Super Paper Mario. His role in the game is not major, but he does have a part in Peach's hairstyle. If Princess Peach talks to him throughout the game, she can get a new hairstyle, but only at the end of the game will Bleu be talented enough to keep it that way. It does not give her that much of a change, but she will move slightly faster. Bleu lives on the first floor of Flopside with his daughter named Lily, who secretly wants to be an actress. Bleu's name is French for "blue", the color he wears and the color of his skin.
