Big Top Drop is a 1 Vs. 3 Mini-game in Mario Party 5. The goal for the player who is on their own is to eliminate the three opposing players who are on a tightrope. The player who is on their own drops balls from a swing, while the other three players run around on the tightrope trying to elude the balls that are falling from above. The team of three must last thirty seconds on the tightrope.

If the one player wins, he/she will land on the left or right platforms with balls and do a winning pose. If the three players win, the remaining players from the team will jump onto the chandelier platform in the middle of the stage.

Very interestingly, a co-host of Mario Party 8 shares the name of this mini-game.

Controls

Solo Player:

• A Button – Drop Balls
• B Button – Throw Balls Up

Team:

• Control Stick – Move (Left/Right)
• A Button – Jump
