The players need to pop bubbles containing missiles to do damage to Kamek as well as giving players points, blue missiles give two points to him, whilst golden missiles give five. Kamek will try to summon [[Bullet Bill]]s, if they hit a player then they will lose one point. Halfway through the fight, Kamek will start summoning [[Banzai Bill|Banzai Bills]], which will take three points away from anyone that they hit.
