Mario's Overalls
Mario's Overalls are one of five of his trademark articles of clothing. They are blue in color, and cover his body from the waist down to his ankles; thin blue straps wrap around Mario's shoulders as suspenders for the article of clothing. Two large yellowish-gold buttons are placed on either strap as they connect to the main cloth. There are also three other characters that have overalls, Luigi, Wario, and Waluigi.
It is unknown what material the overalls are made out of, but in Super Smash Bros. Brawl, they appear to be made out of denim.
In Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga and in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, Mario can change the appearance of his overalls via the use of Badges.
In the Super Mario Bros. movie, the overalls is one whole jumpsuit with a matching red hat. He and Luigi find their trademark clothes when searching Koopa's tower for disguises and they wear the building's worker clothes.
