Hi there. If a large, non-transparent version of a logo exists, then a low-quality transparent version is not needed. Keep this in mind also for File:SM64 Logo JP.png- the smaller, low-quality version shouldn't replace the large version. And if the image is found as a GIF file, then it should be uploaded as such.
