Lumpy

Lumpy is a green hamster that waits around the east side of the Rogueport docks. If you pay him coins he will give you 3 times the amount you gave him back a few chapters later in the game. You can also listen to his log book's entries that he wrote when he was digging for oil in Dry Dry Desert.
