A Shirt is a basic piece of armor that Mario wears in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. The Shirt is the first piece of armor that Mario acquires and it offers the least amount of protection. The plumber can purchase Shirts in the Mushroom Kingdom Item Shop. When equipped, the Shirt increases defense and magic defense by six points each. Only Mario can wear the Shirt.
