It is known for creating games of the Game & Watch Gallery series as well as for the character Starfy, a starfish that also cameoed in the Mario game, Super Princess Peach, also made by TOSE. TOSE is almost never credited in the games it makes, and according to Nintendo Power, TOSE likes it that way.
