The Vacuum Mushroom is an item in the third Mario & Luigi game, Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story, Bowser, after his last defeat, uses the Vacuum Mushroom which gives him the ability to inhale everything like a powerful vacuum similar to Bowletta in Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga or Kirby from the Kirby series. Fawful gives it to him, calling it a "Lucky Mushroom" that will give Bowser the power to beat Mario.
