This cutscene can be accessed in game, specifically by opening a "doorless" space in level 5-9. A user "Decontaminator" on Youtube has accessed it on an emulator, and I have an LP video of me accessing it on my original CD-I on my youtube channel username Verticalsandwich, since this page will not allow me to post the links.
