 A figure of a Lumalee appeared in a line of ''The Super Mario Bros. Movie'' toys released by {{wp|McDonald's}} as part of a [[Happy Meal]] campaign outside of Europe and Oceania. The release of this toy predated any official, explicit announcement of a Lumalee character appearing in the movie. The character was later revealed officially in the movie's third and final trailer.
