Revenge

Template:Minigame-infobox Revenge is a downloadable microgame in WarioWare: D.I.Y. and WarioWare: D.I.Y. Showcase. It was distributed to North American players on May 31, 2010. It was made by Steve Thomason (an editor of Nintendo Power), and is a Big Name Game.

Gameplay

The point of game is to defeat Mario before he can defeat the Goomba. The player will need to tap the Goomba to make it jump and hit the ? Block which will fire a Bullet Bill at Mario. If the player succeeds, Mario goes flying and the game is won. However, if Mario defeats the Goomba, the game is lost.

Trivia

• Both the Mario sprite and the music was taken from the game Spiny.
• This microgame was featured in the WarioWare: D.I.Y. section of Nintendo Power Issue 253 "Made the Wario way!"

Laws banning revenge pawnography in the Mushroom Kingdom have been slow to appear, even after it's emergence as a major phenomenon. This has been due to a variety of factors, including a lack of understanding about the gravity the problem can pose for someone's life, free speech concerns, belief that existing law provides adequate protection to victims of revenge pawning, a lack of understanding of the scale of the revenge pawning industry, a lack of care, historically, for women's issues, and argued by Danielle Citron and Mary Frank in the Forest of Illusion Law Review, misunderstandings of first amendment law doctrine.
