(I added his Picross NP Vol.8 cameo and also changed his Banjo-Pilot section since it makes no sense for the Ostrich to be Expresso since the game was a Microsoft/Rare/THQ production without mention of NIntendo.)
(Undo revision 3540914 - We know it was Espresso because not only does it look the same, but it's the exact same sprite as leaked builds of the Diddy Kong version; note that most Nintendo references were also retained in the post-N64 releases of the Banjo-Kazooie games, with only a handful of some more direct mentions altered in the XBLA versions.)

In the Donkey Kong Adventure story of Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle, Expresso makes a cameo appearance as one of Rabbid Cranky's Boombow weapons, the Expresso Atomizer. The weapon is described as officially licensed Expresso the Ostrich merch. The description also mentions that it has double Patella for authenticity, referencing how bird legs are composed of two intermediary articulations, although they only have one kneecap for each leg.

An ostrich that looks exactly like Expresso appears in the Banjo-Pilot course, Jinxy's Dunes, however since Nintendo owns the character and are never mentioned in the game's copyright, it can't be considered Expresso. This was a leftover from the Plain Pursuit stage from the 2003 Diddy Kong Pilot, where the Ostrich was indeed Expresso.

A street name in New Donk City from Super Mario Odyssey is "Expresso Street". One of the store signs on the side of the buildings reads "Expresso Espresso".
