| '''Triple Mushrooms''' are a performance booster item found in many ''[[Mario Kart (series)|Mario Kart ]]'' games. They are a set of three Mushrooms, used the same way as a normal [[Mushroom]]. Triple Mushrooms are rarely acquired above fifth place, however, but are common under said position. If players get hit with something while carrying these, then they drop all of them.
