A Ghost Piranha.
Ghost Piranhas are winged blue Piranha Plants found in Yoshi's Island DS. They are blue and go up and down or side to side. They hang upside down and don't have a body. They don't live in Warp Pipes either. If the player doesn't have enough time to react, they will eat the player whole.
