This isn't important, but where in the real-world is a trapeze considered to be a seated board? I am not a circus savant, but I am not familiar with any source anywhere that asserts that a trapeze is anything except a bar suspended by rope on both ends. A legitimate trapeze cannot be anything other than that. Unless some authority I don't know about asserts this elsewhere, based on its context within the game, I do not think it is appropriate or accurate to suggest "trapeze" is an acceptable translation for the board in Super Mario Sunshine. - Nintendo101 (talk) 16:51, February 22, 2024 (EST)

:An acrobat swing is a thing that "trapeze" can refer to, while "swing" can also be used for the grab-bars. Either way, the names in Japanese there are literally shared, so not mentioning both on both pages feels mildly disingenuous in my opinion. I always saw the SMS and SMG objects as variations of the same thing, myself. Doc von Schmeltwick (talk) 17:46, February 22, 2024 (EST)
