Ridiculous Relay is a 1-vs-3 mini-game found in Mario Party 3. Three players have to outrace the other player by using different vehicles while the other player uses a flying vehicle to outrace them. The player that is using the hanglider has to dodge winged Goombas and Bullet Bills on the way. Hitting any will slow the player down. For the team of 3, the first player rows a shell with an oar, the next player has a water bug-type vehicle and must get all four legs in position to glide across the water, and the last player drives in a Torpedo Ted motorboat. The team that makes it to the end first wins.

Gameplay
The solo player and team players must outrace one another in four different vehicles. The solo player is hang-gliding and must dodge Bullet Bills and Paragaloombas on the way. Hitting any enemy slows the player down. The team players each partake in a three-legged course on water. The first player rows a Red Shell with an oar. The second player operates a Skeeter vehicle by positioning the legs to glide across the water. The third player drives a Bullet Bill motorboat. When the second player starts going, a Thwomp rises up, letting them continue. This also happens with the third player. The first side to cross the finish line wins.
