:::: Yeah, that Kong doesn't look like the main monkey to me. I think he's just a regular Kong dressed like that because of the whole Kart operating thing and the main Funky does show up in the photo of Mario, Peach, Toad and the Kongs on Rainbow Road because I took a close look and that is definitely Funky's main appearance in that image on Rainbow Road.
