Dude; I can upload another image under the same name.... But there are limitions. For instance, I have to replace an image that has the same JPG next to the name like DryBones.jpg as the old image and PM2_DryBones.jpg as the new image. If I upload a new image that is in a different file type; like GIF; the wiki rejected it.
