			:PAL doesn't work too well as Nintendo of Europe isn't even remotely trustworthy due to the amount of things they outright flub. And because, well, the population of the US is greater than that of the UK and that of Australia. There used to be a policy that the PAL was the superceding version for "release date" reasons that actually weren't even accurate, so the proprietor changed the rules.
