 '''Poison Puffs''' are a variant of [[Ruff Puff]]s. Poison Puffs are green and have pinkish red eyes. They only appear in ''[[Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door]]''. They are the strongest variant of Ruff Puffs that [[Mario]] and his [[partner]]s can encounter in the game. Poison Puffs can charge up for a powerful poison breath attack which can [[Poison (status effect)|poison]] Mario and his partner. If directly attacked, the attacker gets hurt and poisoned. Poison Puffs are found exclusively in the [[Pit of 100 Trials (Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door)|Pit of 100 Trials]] along with other powerful variants of other enemies such as [[Swampire]]s and [[Elite Wizzerd]]s.
