Endurance Alley is a minigame in Mario Party 6 hosted by Twila in the Mini-game Mode. To unlock Endurance Alley, the player must have unlocked at least one 4-player minigame, one 1-vs-3 minigame, and one Duel Minigame (Bonus Minigames and Mic-Minigames do not count).
