Self-Defense is a microgame for WarioWare: Twisted!. It involves a boy with orange hair in a karate outfit (black belt) defending himself from baseballs. The first difficulty makes him deflect two baseballs; the second one involves him deflecting three baseballs; the third difficulty has him deflecting four baseballs. Sometimes, the baseballs are replaced by basketballs, watermelons, and what appear to be knives. The Pillow Fight souvenir is based on this microgame.
