The Washroom (titled Lavatory in a pre-release version) is a room in Area Three of the mansion in Luigi's Mansion and its Nintendo 3DS version. It is very similar to the Washroom on the first floor, the only differences being the absence of Toad and a "Monsters" poster replacing the medicine cabinet. If Luigi pulls the "Monsters" poster for too long, it snaps back and changes into a Boolossus poster that says "Get Out of Here!", making Luigi fall on his back and lose five HP. The "Monsters" poster is also found in The Twins' Room, and the Boolossus poster appears when the projection screen in the Projection Room is vacuumed; discovering both gives the player an achievement in the remake. In the Nintendo 3DS version, the poster is replaced with a different poster with a field and some trees, but only in the Washroom. A heart can usually appear from the sink.

In the Washroom, the toilet tank above the toilet is leaking. As Luigi approaches it, a Water Elemental Ghost emerges from it. Luigi uses the Water Elemental Ghost to defeat the Temper Terror that attacks next. This turns the lights on and causes a treasure chest with some extra money inside to appear.
As Luigi entered the Washroom, he noticed the toilet tank above the toilet was leaking. When he approached it, a Water Elemental Ghost emerged from it. When Luigi sucked it up into his vacuum, a Temper Terror popped out of the toilet, catching the plumber off guard. Luigi quickly doused this ghost with Water Element and captured it. The room was illuminated and Luigi received a treasure chest with some extra money inside.

Ghosts
The Washroom on this floor is very similar to the one on the first floor, the only differences being the abscence of a Toad, and a "Monsters" poster replacing the medicine cabinet. The sink will also often contain a Heart, further comparing the two rooms.
The following ghosts appear in the following quantities:

*Water Elemental Ghost (1)
Notes
*Temper Terrors (2, blackout only)
Luigi can pull on the "Monsters" poster to change it into a Boo poster. However, if Luigi holds the suction too long, he will lose 5 HP.
