In the Main Game, they only appear in [[Room 5-3]], [[Room 5-6]], and [[Room 5-9]] of [[Lava Dome]]. If a [[Mini]] approaches the side of a Wall Jump Bar, it will automatically jump and begin sliding against the Wall Jump Bar. If the player taps the Mini with the {{button|ds|Stylus}} stylus before it slides off of the Wall Jump Bar, the Mini performs a [[Wall Jump]].

In the [[Construction Zone]], Wall Jump Bars can be used in the Lava Dome construction kit, [[Special Kit 2]], and [[Special Kit 3]].
