I just realized something. Hey, why ''wouldn't'' GMT work for you? And what's the thing that makes it that EST does work for you guys? Like, what is it that makes EST work better for you guys than GMT. As I (and @LadySophie17) said; EST is inherently American (or in other words: ''too'' American) and this is an international wiki. Besides, GMT is better recognized than EST because GMT is equal to UTC+0, which makes it easier to understand how late it is in GMT compared to your timezone (except if you live in GMT of course).
