Correct terms[edit]
Simple brand logos aren't enough for copyright, the usage rights they do have are in trademarks.
You can see this when looking at the templates that the DSiWare logo has over at Wikimedia Commons.
I have edited the template to fit more.

This logo, which may or may not meet the copyright threshold of originality, is a trademarked term. If you want to use it, you have to ensure that you have the legal right to do so and that you do not infringe any trademark rights. |
