Aren't checkered cookies a common pattern in real life? Yoshi876 touched on this above and I don't think we should be listing every type of generic checkered-cookie object that resembles the checkered Yoshi Cookies (like 3D Land), just the ones that are them. 05:55, November 17, 2021 (EST)

These ones definitely don't have anything to do with other types of Yoshi cookies nor are treated as such. 06:15, November 17, 2021 (EST)

:Even though these cookies as far as I am aware came after Yoshi's Cookie. I do think it really is best to remove some of these since they could be there as coincidence since the checkered ones are based on the ones in real-life too. Unless someone was to look in the game files if the file names for them in any proper way have connection to Yoshi or Yoshi Cookies.
*I think the ones from Mario Kart: Double Dash and Mario Kart Wii can stay since Cookie Land is a clear homage to Yoshi's Cookie. But Sweet Sweet Canyon in Mario Kart 8 / Mario Kart 8 Deluxe having the Heart Cookie and Flower Cookie isn't evidenced as being Yoshi Cookies so that should be removed.
*While Yoshi appears in the Sweet Mystery Galaxy in Super Mario Galaxy 2 alongside those checkered Cookies, they maybe a coincidence too and aren't interactable other than Bulb Yoshi revealing them underneath certain platforms. Super Mario 3D Land having the checkered ones applies too, minus having Yoshi(s) in the game of course.
*Mario Party: Star Rush has what looks like Yoshi Cookies including flower, checkered and heart. Though there are round pink checkered cookies like in Mario Party 4 via mini-game Money Belt which they don't appear in any of the Yoshi's Cookie series at all.
*Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story / Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story + Bowser Jr.'s Journey are just like real-life checkered ones so I would remove that.
*As for the Big Cookie, Zess Cookie and Sweet Cookie Snacks in the respective first three Paper Mario games. While an actual Yoshi Cookie does appear in Paper Mario The Big Cookie having the checkered cookie with any connection to the Yoshi Cookie item itself can be likely a coincidence since they are no way paired together.
*The comfort cookie in the trivia section for Pikmin looks nothing like the actual checkered Yoshi Cookie in anyway and is a different varation like I had in real-life despite the article saying it resembles it, so I think it shouldn't be here either. --KingGeoshiKoopshi64 (talk) 19:52, November 17, 2021 (EST)
:I disagree with removing the Mario Kart section, Cookie Land has pretty much most of the types of Yoshi Cookie in it, including the distinct Yoshi Head Cookie. Somethingone (talk) 20:06, November 17, 2021 (EST)
:So I took sometime to see all of the cookies in the Greedy Eats minigame in Mario Party Star Rush and while I see other ones based on the corresponding difficulty of the mini-game such as Brick Block, Chomp and Boo cookies, there is also "Yoshi Egg Cookies" rather than the actual "Yoshi Cookies" here which seems to have some question if at least the heart, flower and squared checkered cookies were intended as Yoshi Cookie references even if there are no actual "Yoshi Cookies", diamonds and the donut shaped ones in the game, I know Yoshi Egg Cookies aren't in the Yoshi Cookie series, but it's quite interesting there are actual Yoshi Egg Cookies alongside the ones from the said series in Mario Party Star Rush. --KingGeoshiKoopshi64 (talk) 23:34, November 18, 2021 (EST)
Per the above, I've removed the Galaxy 2, 3D Land, Mario Kart 8, Bowser's Inside Story, Thousand-Year Door, Super Paper Mario, and Pikmin 2 sections. As for Star Rush, the heart, flower and checkered cookies being there in one place (plus the Yoshi Egg cookies you mentioned) seems like it could be too much to be coincidental, so I've left that for now. 08:04, December 11, 2021 (EST)
