Mistake?

"Partway through the episode, Koopa is shown to leave in a spaceship, but in a later scene is shown to still be at the factory when he attacks Mario and the others with a magnet. He is then shown to be in his spaceship ahead of the ship Mario and the others left in, implying that he did leave in the earlier scene."

Koopa's ship never takes off, although that might be a mistake in itself.
