The first is that the ramps may be drawn freely in Ramp It Up, whereas in Plant Food it can only be between two different preexisting points. The second is that the microgames' difficulty levels deviate from each other; Ramp It Up adds black holes, whereas Plant Food adds more points. All in all, I think these two microgames are different enough to split.
