If PwM is supposedly available in the North American eShop, why can't I find it on the Canadian eShop (if there's such thing as a Canadian-exclusive eShop)? I sought for it and even did a research with no found results...

:I can confirm that it's not on the Canadian eShop. The Canadian eShop is ran separately from the US eShop (which explains why certain games have received price increases in Canada). {{User:Agentdave7/Sig}} 21:28, 22 May 2014 (EDT)
