IF Cranky kong is the original donkey than how is it that this is Donkey kong. (which he is!!!) Again IF Cranky kong was the original one than Cranky kong would be the one who is angry. --LandFish 15:39, 28 September 2008 (EDT)
What are you saying?
E-reader Functionality
The japanese version of this game added e-reader support.  The game had space for 12 levels but only 5 cards were released. http://www.digitpress.com/forum/showthread.php?t=59183 Hdofu
Enemy List
I don't recall there being Klaptraps in this game; can somebody confirm this? --
:Klaptraps have a quite different appearance than the robotic Klaptraps from earlier Donkey Kong games, but their alligator-like appearance as well as their ability to climb ropes pretty much confirm them. Check this level. - 12:12, 4 March 2010 (EST)
The "beta" gallery?
I just noticed that all the images in the gallery section are beta images, heu, why? Isn't there a beta page to put them?18:32, 3 November 2010 (UTC)
Work?
We may add description and images about each level. And create pages for the plus worlds.
Should we start this work?-- 14:16, 31 May 2013 (EDT)
Expert Levels
For expert levels, I suggest we start a new page for it. First give a brief summary of the levels in this page. Then create a link to the new page, saying the location of the main article. What do you think? -- 14:18, 17 July 2016 (EDT)

Here's a way to access the elusive e-Reader levels in an emulator on the NTSC-U version of the game: This should aid article creation. Also see tcrf:PAGENAME, so List of PAGENAME pre-release and unused content can be created as well. -- 20:59, 17 September 2017 (EDT)
:Actually, I'm learning the levels I am referring to are internal while the actual e-Reader levels are a little different.

Bumping this. I'm not really sure where to go from here for level creation pages. In addition to Wildgoosespeeder's video above, this longplay video also shows most of e-Reader levels. Most of them. They are in order of appearance, using the translated names we have, as follows:<br>
12. Climb and Fall<br>
1. Revenge<br>
2. The Long Way/The Loooong Journey<br>
3. One Shot Blue/Athletic<br>
4. Egg Attack<br>
5. Later Gator<br>
Unknown Fire Mountain level (similar to Hot Feet)<br>
8. The Thwomplet/Thwomp's Fortress<br>
9. A Tricky Candle<br>
Unknown Mystic Forest level (similar to Danger Flowers)<br>
Unknown Twilight City level<br>
Unknown Mystic Forest level<br>
Does not show Hot Feet, Boo in a Box, Key to the Key, and Danger Flowers, but it does show levels we do not have listed on the pre-release page. These are the options I was thinking of, and the problems that come with it:
#Naming them Level e-X (or ステージ e-X as it is in-game). Problem: The levels are given the identifier based on the order they are scanned in the game. Any level can be the first level.
#Using the name of the level. Problem: Some are unknown. Secondary problem: I'm not sure where the translated names come from.
#Base on order we have them on the pre-release page. Problem: Is this even the official order of the levels? Also, those unknown levels, where do they go?
#Just cover the Japanese-released levels. Problem: What about the other levels?
#Just leave everything on the pre-release page. Problem: Nothing will get covered. Do we need to cover them?
None of these options are ideal. I usually create pages for levels I can play, so I'm going to make an exception here due to how these levels are accessed. Problem: Not all of the levels are covered. Looking for input, discuss. 14:09, 18 October 2018 (EDT)
:I've fleshed out the e-Card section today. I suggest using the English names from the North American preloaded levels. However, the article should describe both the North American and Japanese versions of that level with the latter having primacy because some of those levels were officially released and because the American ones are basically beta versions. The Japanese name should appear in the "Name in other languages" table. The only levels that don't have an English name from Nintendo are 11, 12, and 13 from the Japanese order. 11 doesn't need a translation as it's English words transliterated into katakana. 12 and 13 should be transliterated as was the policy for SMA4:SMB3 e-Card levels before they received official English names in 2016. The only American levels that never made it to Japan are Key to the Key and DUMMY2, the test level. The maximum number of articles to create is sixteen if DUMMY2 is included. There's no reason not to cover them if all we're lacking are good screenshots.--Platform (talk) 16:22, January 16, 2021 (EST)
