The Head Block in the original ''Wario Land'' not only goes by a conjectural name, but it serves the same exact purpose as the ? Block from the ''Mario'' series. The fact the the distinctive question mark is gone doesn't change this fuction; we've had Message Blocks completely change their design from ''Super Mario World'' to the ''Yoshi'' series, and we've also had 10 Gold Coins and Giant Coins switch sizes in ''Wario Land II'' despite doing the same things.
