Regarding the capitalization of the name

The beginning of this page has a note saying that it has been requested to be changed to "Flip panel (Chain-Link)" instead of "Flip Panel (Chain-Link)", with the only difference being the capitalization of "panel", and seeing the history of the page there is a bit of dispute on this so let's discuss. As far as I am aware, when the second word in page names is in lowercase is because one of three things: the name is conjectural, the official name is in complete lower case, or officially the first word is in uppercase and the second in lowercase. The first of these reasons is not the case as the name is officially given in a manual, so let's see that.

The manual in question (be aware that it may auto-download if you have pdf downloads activated or something) refers to these things in page 21 which is page 11 pdf-wise. I don't know about other regions of the manual, that one is the American one, but I do have the American manual in physical and it is the same as the one in that link in any case. So in there it first calls these panels "Flip Panels" in a "header" section, all in uppercase, but below that it refers to them as "flip panels", all in lowercase.

The thing here is the "header" thing. Basically there are three types of writing in that manual, or at least in that page: writing in black, red, and white, with the former two being in these "header" sections. Seeing the other instances of them in the pages 18, 19, 20 and 21, the pages 10 and 11 pdf-wise, we can analyze the three type of writing to see which is the "correct" spelling of "flip panels".

• Black writing: It seems to be that the "relevant" words are capitalized, which are words that refer to the action made, which is why "and", "from" and "on" aren't capitalized, but "Below" and "Go" are, as the former are "minor" or "irrelevant" words to the respective action, while the later are more important.
• Red writing: It seems to be that just words that refer to "the name of things" are capitalized as, evading the first letter of each sentence which of course is capitalized, only "Dash Button", "Jump Button", "Sliding" and "Hanging" are capitalized. But for some reason "hanging" is also in lowercase in red sections.
• White writing: Everything is in lowercase, with two exceptions: the first letter of each sentence, and "Mario". Aside form those two cases, every other words in in lowercase, including "jump", "dash button" and "jump button". There is also yellow writing, but it seems to be that it acts the same way as the white one.

So what we can see by this is that, we can't trust so much words in black letters for capitalization as it seems that all of them are capitalized with the exception of "minor" words, but we can't trust words in white letters either as all of them are in lowercase, only excepting Mario. So with this, even though red letters have the weird case of "Hanging" and "hanging", it seems to be that the best we could do is follow what is capitalized in the red letters. But of course "flip panels" is not in red letters at all! Just in black and white.

So, what do we do here? I don't support going with "Flip Panel" as given by the black letters because even things like "Go" are capitalized there, but I don't support going with "flip panel" either as given by the white letters because even things like "jump" are in lowercase there. Do you know if this is different in other regions? What about the Japanese name? Are these things given a name anywhere else? Really, if you know other place where the flip panels are given an official name, please bring it up, because sincerely, I am confused by this.

But if this is the only thing we got, do you support on keeping Flip Panel, or changing to flip panel as suggested, or do you think that we should simply say in the page that both spellings are used? And if you support going in the way of using both spellings as official, still, which should be the name of the page itself?
