Just something I've noticed...[edit]
I've noticed that all Doctor Tours brought to Mario Kart Tour courses from the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe DLC's Wave 1 that weren't added to Tour at the time of its release (Coconut Mall on the first Doctor Tour, Shroom Ridge on this one).
