Pidgit Bills are Pidgits that instead of flying on carpets, fly like Bullet Bills do. Pidgit Bill replaces Bullet Bills after completing all the levels except for the Front Door and the Back Door in Super Mario World.

There's no real change, in fact, Pidget Bills don't even flap their wings.
