Super Show!]]'' episode "[[Plummers Academy]]"Β  Sergeant Kooperman appears in an extended flashback sequence in which [[Mario]] and [[Luigi]] were trapped with [[Toad]] and [[Princess Peach|Princess Toadstool]] and lost his favorite Golden Plunger, saying that it was given to him by the [[Mr. President|President of the United States]]. Princess Toadstool wonders how the President gave Mario such a gift, so he recapped the events of how he and Luigi became plumbers.
