In ''Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door'', it can be bought from [[Dazzle]] for eight [[Star Piece (Paper Mario series)|Star Pieces]]. If [[Mario]] equips this badge, his [[partner]]s are able to be freely swapped out without using either their turn or Mario's turn to do so. Partners can be swapped in and out without any limits, and this applies even after the partner has already used their turn to perform an action.
