It is the only Paper Macho version of a regular [[Spike]] to appear in the game.

Together with the [[Paper Macho Goomba Outlaw]] and the [[Paper Macho Snifit Outlaw]], this enemy tries to stop Mario from advancing to the second floor of the theater. To defeat the enemy, the player must press {{button|switch|a}} as soon as they see "Fire!"
