The '''Koopa Color Goopa''' is a device built by [[Ludwig|Kooky von Koopa]]. It can be attached to [[Airship]]s, and its main purpose is to throw blue or red paint through an opening underneath it.

In ''[[The Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3]]'' episode "[[True Colors]]", [[Bowser|King Koopa]] is defeated by the [[Toad (species)|Mushroomers]] and the Mario Bros. when he attacks the [[Mushroom Kingdom]] at midnight (hoping they are not prepared), due to their unity. To end to this unity, Kooky builds the Koopa Color Goopa, which he uses to divide the Mushroom Kingdom folks, and even [[Mario]] and [[Luigi]], into two groups, causing them to fight constantly against the different-colored people. However, Mario and Luigi find out about the plot while sneaking into Koopa's castle, and together with [[Peach|Princess Toadstool]], they convince the other combatants to make peace.
