It is found in the [[Water Vellumental Shrine]], and is used to solve the 2×2 tile puzzle on the west side of the temple. Due to this missing panel, the puzzle cannot be completed. [[Mario]] must hammer the crack in the wall in the northwest corner to find several red and blue [[Sidestepper]]s running across the room, entering and exiting the cracks in the bottom of the walls. A particular blue Sidestepper is seen carrying the panel, but seems to travel on the other end of the room whenever Mario travels to the opposing end. | ||
