Why does this exist?[edit]
What's the point of the 30 second rule if people are just going to bypass it by uploading multiple samples of a track? I can understand this when documenting an arrangement of another theme that doesn't appear until after 30 seconds into the track, but this and File:SMK Rainbow Road Second Section.oga just showcase the same exact same thing as File:SMK-Music-RainbowRoad.oga, so I think they're completely pointless and should be deleted.
