I was shifting through the unused files when this particular picture caught my eye. I wasn't exactly sure what to do with it. It was an unused picture, yes, but it wasn't a duplicate of a different picture and it could've been used(Actually, I'm unaware why this picture was replaced on the bogey page). So, I made this to see what the wiki community thought instead of just slapping a delete template on or leaving it in unused files to be forgotten about.

The file should just be deleted as it's been replaced for high quality resolution, proposal isn't needed for this kind of discussion. This can be use as Personal Image.
