Incorrect sprite?

A user removed this from Dark Star Core's page for not being from the game, though looking at it closely and comparing it to game footage, the legs are thicker and the head moves slower than in the game (and the mouth doesn't move), so is it possible this GIF is incorrectly made, or does this change at some point in the battle?
