Uncategorized?

For some reason this image is under Special:UncategorizedFiles, which states "Files which don't have any categories at all, including a copyright status. " It has a copyright status but it is still listed there and has categories. Am I missing something? LuigiMaster123 22:33, 21 September 2017 (EDT)
